This is the first full day of NFL football.

As a Dolphins fan, suffice it to say my Sundays are a bit challenging finding a sports bar full of “friendlies” with which to watch the game.

It plays hell with my workout schedule. So I thought it’d be a good day to give away an older pair of running shoes. Since I certainly won’t need them today.
