The difference between "interested in," and "passionate about."

This caption says it all.

This is a book on a subject I was “interested in.” Brain evolution and how it’s left us with the brain we have now.

But…I’ve decided to put my “dabbling” in evolutionary subjects aside for a while.

It’s hard for me…evolution and its effect on our brains is directly tied to my job, and to things that entertain me.

But, by casting this atop the RID pile, I make more room for breadth of knowledge about other subjects.
