Whoosh! Gone...

RIDding a frame today that used to have a picture of me whitewater river rafting in it.

As I give this away today, it reminds me not to forget adventure. The rush of taking chances, trying new things.

I think these things keep me young, vibrant, and interesting.

And I’m off to go do a few of those things now.
